This year as well, the event was organised with the idea that fashion can be a space for dialogue, social responsibility and symbolic exchange. In that spirit, the official part of the program was opened and hosted by Boško Jakovljević, while Natalija Knežević welcomed those present on behalf of the ELLE brand.
The central part of the evening was dedicated to a charitable initiative, with the message that humanity is always in fashion. Those present were invited to support the NURDOR organization, which for decades has provided support to children and their families in the most difficult moments, with the important thought that true elegance lies not only in what we wear, but also in what we can do for others. In that way, the guests became part of a shared mission to create something that lasts far longer than a single meeting.
Every detail of the evening was carefully conceived so as to follow the monumental backdrop of this historic residence. At the very centre of the Hall beneath the Vaults stood the installation “Interfusion”, which through the unique technique of crocheting copper wire explores the fragile boundary between the body, identity and alienation in the digital age. Through the fusion of the handcrafted and the technological, this work brought a powerful reminder of human vulnerability, but also of the eternal need for connection and survival.
An intimate concert by pianist Nikola Ljubenović and an emotional performance by Frano Lasić created the special atmosphere of the evening, while artist Nina Puhar, on behalf of the Artistikum Centre, painted portraits of the ladies and captured moments from this unique gathering.
In this way, the ELLE Fashion Dinner once again confirmed its role as a place of meeting, exchange of ideas and the launching of initiatives that go beyond the framework of a single event. Over the years, this dinner has become synonymous with bringing together inspiring individuals around shared values, with a clear focus on humanity, togetherness and responsibility towards society.
The evening remains memorable as a fusion of art, tradition and humanity, confirming that aesthetics and ethics do not stand in opposition to one another, but together create experiences that leave a lasting mark.
