1.1. The company Wireless Media Group doo Belgrade, 4 Obilićev Venac Street, 3rd floor, 11000 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, company registration number: 20177985 (hereinafter referred to as: "WMG") is the owner of the website wm.group (hereinafter referred to as: "Website").
1.2. These terms of use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as: "Terms") together with all the information and documents found on the Website, set out the conditions relating to the use of the Website by users. Use implies accessing and browsing the Website and any other permitted form of use.
1.3. Before starting to use the Website, users are required to carefully read these Terms of Use.
1.4. Use of this Website implies that the user accepts the Terms as published on the Website. We recommend that users print out a copy of these Terms or save them in case future reference is needed.

3. Access to the Website
3.1. The user agrees to use our Website solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend, withdraw, shut down or change access entirely or partially without prior notice. We are not liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

4.1. WMG retains all rights to the Content.

The user may not publish or redistribute our Website or any part of it in any way unless they have obtained our prior approval. 5.2. The transmission of the user's personal data implies consent for its use in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
5.3. The user warrants that all personal data shared with us during use of the Website is truthful.

6.1. The user acknowledges (agrees) that we (including: WMG as well as our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, administrators, agents and employees) are not liable to the user, whether under contract or for tort (including negligence), or on any other basis for: (i) loss of profit or reputational damage, (ii) data loss, (iii) intangible losses, (iv) direct or indirect damages arising from these Terms of Use or related to them, or related to use or inability to use the Website, or the content of this Website, even if the user has informed us of the possibility of such losses.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, distributed DoS attacks or other technologically harmful elements (materials) that may infect your computer equipment, programs, data or other proprietary materials due to use of the Website or content downloaded from this or any other linked site.
6.4 This Website may refer to third-party products or services or may contain links to third-party information. The user independently decides whether to use the links and access third-party websites. We do not endorse, issue warranties or confirmations about such products and/or services, advertisements or other information available on those sites and we do not accept responsibility for the content of websites linked to ours. 7. Force Majeure
7.1. 8.4. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to parties affiliated with WMG within the meaning of the Companies Act, without the user's consent. Users may not transfer their rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party without our prior written consent.
8.5. These Terms apply between us and the user.
8.6. If the User contacts us and requests any information/notification or the like, it will be sent to the User at the e-mail address provided to us. The User must send all communications to us via one of the methods listed in Article 2.2. of these Terms of Use.
8.7. We reserve the right to refuse to respond to user requests, queries or any other communication without giving a reason.
8.7. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw these Terms of Use at any time and all consequential changes shall apply from the date they are entered on our Website. The User must read and accept the latest version of the Terms on the Website.
8.8. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and both parties agree that any legal disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
