Privacy Policy
The company Wireless Media Group doo Belgrade, 4 Obilićev Venac Street, 3rd floor, 11000 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, registration number: 20177985 (hereinafter referred to as “WMG” or the “Company”), as the personal data controller, wishes to provide you with the necessary information on the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 23 of the Personal Data Protection Act (The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 87/2018) (hereinafter: the “PDPA”).
In relation to the purposes and methods of processing users’ personal data, this Privacy Policy provides you with information regarding:
- the type of user data collected;
- the nature and purpose of personal data processing;
- the legal basis for data collection;
- the retention period of collected data;
- the transfer of data to third parties; and
- the rights of data subjects.
I Personal data we collect
We collect personal data that users share with us when initiating communication via the website wm.group (hereinafter: the “Website”).
In the event that you contact us through the Website, we collect the following:

II Nature and purpose of processing
We use the personal data you share with us when initiating communication for the purpose of responding to your enquiry/providing the requested information.
III Legal basis for data collection
The legal basis for collecting your data in this instance is Article 12(1)(1) of the PDPA, i.e. your consent.
IV Retention period of collected data
Collected personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data is collected and for as long as consent is in place, and no longer than two years, after which the data will be deleted.
V Transfer and sharing of data with third parties
WMG may use third parties for specific personal data processing activities. Such third parties are carefully selected, experienced, capable, and reliable, and provide sufficient guarantees regarding their compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing data processing, including the security of such personal data.
WMG periodically verifies that third parties perform their duties and take appropriate measures to protect personal data.
Upon request, WMG will provide the user with a list of processors via email.
Your data may be shared with business entities we use to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, i.e. to respond to your enquiry, specifically:

VI Your rights
Right to give/withhold consent for processing
Every private individual has the right to give or withhold consent to the controller for processing data about themselves, if the controller is not processing data on the basis of legal authorisation, legitimate interest, or another legal basis under the PDPA. An individual may give valid consent via a proxy and may also withdraw that consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal. To provide consent, the controller must first inform the individual of their identity, and all other matters set out in Article 23 of the PDPA.
Right to information about processing
The individual has the right to request full and truthful information from the controller about whether their data is being processed, what data is processed, for what purpose, and on what legal basis, and from whom the data was collected; who the recipients of the data are, for what purpose and on what legal basis; to whom and what data is being transferred; as well as all other matters under Article 26 of the PDPA.
Right of access
The individual has the right to request access to data relating to them. The right of access includes the right to review, read, and listen to data, as well as to make notes.
Right to a copy
The individual has the right to request a copy of the data relating to them from the controller, bearing only the necessary costs of preparation and delivery of the copy.
Right to rectification and supplementation
The individual also has the right to request the controller to correct inaccurate data without undue delay. The individual also has the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.
Right to erasure
The individual has the right to request the deletion of their data when such data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing, as well as in other cases provided by Article 30 of the PDPA.
Right to restriction of processing
When disputing the accuracy of their data, or in other cases outlined in Article 31 of the PDPA, the individual has the right to request the restriction of the processing of their data. While data processing is restricted, the controller may only store the data. Any other processing of such data is permitted only on the basis of the individual’s consent, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, for the protection of another person’s rights, or for the pursuit of important public interests.
Right to data portability
When data processing is based on consent, the individual has the right to receive the data previously provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. They also have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the current controller.
Right to lodge a complaint
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (15 Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra Street, 11000 Belgrade), if they believe their personal data has been processed contrary to the provisions of this law.

VIII Amendments
We reserve the right to amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be published on the Website and shall take effect from the date of publication. The changes will apply to data collected from the date of publication onward, and not to data collected beforehand. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy from time to time and ensure that you are familiar with any changes.
